What's inside

Mazafati dates — soft, dark and naturally sweet, the fudgy base that holds everything together.

Flaxseed — ground for a gentle nuttiness, and one of the richest plant sources of lignans.

Pumpkin seeds — a source of magnesium and zinc. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function; zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Peanut butter — smooth and roasted, bringing richness and staying power to every bite.

Walnuts — toasted, for extra richness and crunch.

Cinnamon & vanilla — warm spice and real vanilla to round out the flavour.

Dark chocolate — Callebaut 70% couverture (recipe 70-30-38), finished with flakes of Maldon sea salt.

Uncaffeinated, so enjoy it any time of day, unlike the Dawn Bar. A bar a day. Choose 7 bars weekly or 14 fortnightly.

Ingredients
Mazafati dates, peanut butter (peanuts), walnuts, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Maldon sea salt flakes.

Storage
Store refrigerated below 5°C, or in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Best before: see base of box. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
